Terms & Conditions
Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before joining the Love to Paws VIP Paws Package. These are in place to ensure clarity, fairness and the smooth running of this exclusive offering.
⭐ What’s Included in the VIP Paws Package
Members of the Love to Paws VIP Paws Package enjoy the following benefits:
• Priority booking with appointments secured in advance
• Cost-effective budgeting, with the annual cost of services split into 12 equal monthly Direct Debit payments, running January to December
• Lock in your 2025 prices for the whole of 2026 🌟
• Unlimited nail trims (subject to tolerance and suitability)
• A birthday treat for your pet
• 10% off in-salon purchases
1. Joining the VIP Paws Package
• The VIP Paws Package runs on a calendar year basis (January–December).
• The joining window is open now until the end of January 2026 to secure a place for the full 2026 year at current prices.
• A later joining window may open later in the year, however this will be at revised prices.
• Spaces are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Bookings & Appointment Amendments
• Appointments are secured in advance as part of your VIP package.
• Up to two appointment changes may be made across the year, provided a minimum of 72 working hours’ notice is given.
• Changes apply only to the individual appointment being moved and do not shift or rearrange your wider grooming schedule.
• All amendments are subject to availability.
• Appointments cannot be repeatedly moved forward as this may reduce the number of grooms within your annual plan.
3. Cancellations & No-Shows
• Your VIP payments continue regardless of appointment attendance, as your appointments are reserved exclusively for you across the year.
• If less than 72 working hours’ notice is given, or if you fail to attend an appointment, that appointment will be forfeited.
• Any replacement appointment in these circumstances will be charged at the standard ad hoc grooming rate.
• Missed appointments cannot be carried forward or credited.
4. Payments & Direct Debits
• The VIP Paws Package is paid via monthly Direct Debit, running January to December.
• Payments must continue regardless of appointment attendance.
• Any missed payments must be settled before your next appointment can go ahead.
• If payment needs to be chased more than twice, I reserve the right to cancel your VIP package.
• Additional grooming needs that could not reasonably have been anticipated at the time of plan creation (for example, severe matting) may incur additional charges. I will always aim to discuss this with you as soon as possible.
What Is the VIP Paws Family Joining Fee?
The VIP joining fee is a one-off set-up and administration fee, payable when you join the VIP Paws Package.
This covers the behind-the-scenes work required to create and manage your VIP plan, including:
• Reviewing your pet’s individual grooming needs
• Creating a personalised annual grooming plan
• Securing and diarising all appointments in advance
• Setting up your monthly Direct Debit
• Administering priority access and VIP benefits
This fee ensures your plan is set up accurately, fairly and with the level of care and organisation that VIP members expect. It also helps protect the limited availability of VIP spaces.
The joining fee is non-refundable and is required before your VIP plan is activated.
5. Unlimited Nail Trims
• Unlimited nail trims are included between grooms, subject to your pet’s tolerance and behaviour.
• Nail trims must be carried out safely and calmly; if a pet is distressed or unsafe, I may decline on welfare grounds.
6. Cancelling Your Love to Paws VIP Paws Package
• If you wish to leave the VIP Paws Package, please contact me before cancelling your Direct Debit.
• A balance check will be carried out to confirm whether any payment is owed to or from you.
• The joining fee is non-refundable.
• Love to Paws reserves the right to cancel a VIP package at any time.
7. Price Protection & Changes
• By joining within the current joining window, you lock in your 2025 prices for the whole of 2026.
• Prices for future years may change. Any changes will always be communicated in advance.
8. General
• The VIP Paws Package is offered at my discretion and is designed for clients who value consistency, routine and long-term care.
• All other bookings and services remain subject to my standard Love to Paws Terms & Conditions.
