VIP Paws Package

Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before joining or renewing the Love to Paws VIP Paws Package.

These are in place to ensure clarity, fairness and the smooth running of the VIP programme for everyone.

1. Joining and Renewing the VIP Paws Package

• The VIP Paws Package runs on a calendar-year basis from January to December 2027.

• Existing VIP members will be offered a private priority renewal window before the 2027 package opens more widely.

• The 2027 VIP Paws Package will open for general applications from 10 November 2026.

• The standard 2027 annual VIP setup and administration fee is £40.

• Spaces are limited and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Submission of an application does not guarantee that every requested day or time can be accommodated. Your personalised plan will be created according to your pet’s grooming needs and the availability within the 2027 diary.

• The VIP Paws Package is available for both cats and dogs.

2. Your 2027 Grooming Schedule

• Your pet’s grooming schedule will be based on their breed, coat type, condition, individual needs and current suitable grooming routine.

• Dog VIP appointments will primarily be scheduled on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

• Your preferred dog-grooming day will be taken into consideration when creating your annual plan, but all appointments remain subject to availability.

• Cat VIP plans will be created on an individual basis and appointments will be arranged within the dedicated Love to Paws cat-grooming diary.

• Your annual schedule will be confirmed as part of your personalised 2027 VIP plan.

3. Bookings & Appointment Amendments

• Your VIP appointments are secured in advance as part of your annual plan.

• Up to two appointment changes may be made during the year, provided a minimum of 72 working hours’ notice is given.

• An appointment change applies only to the individual appointment being moved. It does not automatically move or rearrange the rest of your annual grooming schedule.

• All requested changes are subject to availability.

• Appointments cannot be repeatedly moved further apart, as this can affect your pet’s suitable grooming schedule and may reduce the number of appointments included within your annual plan.

• Where an alternative appointment cannot be offered within an appropriate timeframe, the original appointment will remain part of your annual VIP plan.

4. Cancellations & No-Shows

• Your monthly VIP payments continue regardless of appointment attendance because your appointments have been reserved exclusively for you throughout the year.

• If less than 72 working hours’ notice is given, or if you fail to attend an appointment, that appointment will be forfeited.

• A forfeited appointment cannot be carried forward, refunded or credited against future payments.

• If you require an additional replacement appointment following a late cancellation or missed appointment, this will be charged separately at the standard Love to Paws ad hoc grooming rate.

5. Payments & Direct Debits

• The cost of your agreed 2027 VIP package will be divided into 12 monthly Direct Debit payments, running from January to December.

• Monthly payments must continue regardless of appointment attendance.

• Any missed Direct Debit payment must be settled before your pet’s next appointment can go ahead.

• If payments need to be chased on more than two occasions, Love to Paws reserves the right to cancel your VIP membership.

• Your monthly Direct Debit is calculated from the services and number of appointments included within your agreed annual VIP plan.

• Where Emmi-Pet teeth cleaning is included within your 2027 VIP plan, a £15 annual toothbrush head charge will be added to the total cost of your package. Each pet has their own dedicated toothbrush head, which is replaced annually for hygiene purposes, regardless of the number of treatments received. This applies to both new and existing Emmi-Pet clients. Where your VIP package is paid over 12 monthly Direct Debit payments, the cost of the annual replacement toothbrush head will be incorporated into your package total and spread across those payments.

• Additional grooming work that could not reasonably have been anticipated when your VIP plan was created may incur an additional charge. This may include significant matting, additional coat work, behavioural requirements or any other service falling outside your agreed plan. Wherever possible, any additional charge will be discussed with you before the extra work is carried out.

• You are also very welcome to add optional services or treatments to individual appointments during the year, even where these are not included within your chosen VIP package. For example, you may decide to add a Seasonal Spa treatment or Emmi-Pet teeth cleaning to a future appointment.

• Any optional services added during the year will be charged at the current Love to Paws price applicable at the time of that appointment and are not included within your fixed monthly VIP Direct Debit.

• Any optional additions must be paid for separately, directly to Love to Paws at the salon, when you collect your pet from that appointment. 

6. Annual VIP Setup & Administration Fee

An annual VIP setup and administration fee is payable when applying for or renewing the VIP Paws Package.

This covers the behind-the-scenes work involved in creating and managing your individual VIP plan, including reviewing your pet’s grooming requirements, creating your personalised annual plan, securing and diarising appointments, calculating your package cost, preparing your VIP options and arranging your Direct Debit schedule.

The standard annual setup and administration fee for the 2027 VIP Paws Package is £40.

Existing VIP members may occasionally be offered an exclusive early-renewal benefit before the package opens more widely.

The setup and administration fee is non-refundable.

Your personalised VIP package will be created once your completed application and payment have been received.

7. Unlimited Nail Trims

• Unlimited nail trims are included between your pet’s regular grooming appointments.

• Nail trims are subject to your pet’s individual tolerance, behaviour and suitability.

• All nail trims must be carried out safely and calmly.

• If your pet becomes distressed or it is not safe or appropriate to continue, the nail trim may be stopped or declined on welfare grounds.

8. Your VIP Package Options

Following your application, I will create a personalised annual plan for your pet.

Dog VIP plans may include the following package options:

🐾 Signature Care - Your regular grooming appointments throughout the year.

🫧 Seasonal Indulgence - Regular grooming together with seasonal spa treatments, including the Christmas Spa.

🦷 Gentle Smile - Regular grooming together with Emmi-Pet ultrasonic teeth cleaning.

👑 Complete Indulgence - Regular grooming, seasonal spa treatments and Emmi-Pet ultrasonic teeth cleaning.

Cat VIP plans will be created more individually, based on your cat’s coat, grooming requirements and the services that are most appropriate for them.

You will receive your personalised VIP information and pricing before confirming which package you would like to proceed with.

9. Price Protection

• Your 2027 VIP plan will be created using the current Love to Paws grooming prices applicable when your 2027 plan is prepared.

• Once your personalised VIP package has been agreed, your VIP price will remain fixed for the duration of your 2027 membership.

• Existing VIP members who are currently benefiting from an earlier locked-in rate will move onto the current Love to Paws price level when their 2027 plan is created.

• Once that new 2027 VIP price has been agreed, it will remain protected for the whole of 2027.

• Any general Love to Paws price increase introduced later during 2027 will therefore not affect your agreed 2027 VIP package.

• Prices and package structures for future membership years may change and will always be communicated in advance.

10. Cancelling Your VIP Paws Package

• If you wish to leave the VIP Paws Package during the year, please contact Love to Paws before cancelling your Direct Debit.

• A balance check will be carried out to compare the value of services already received against the payments already made.

• Where a balance remains outstanding, this must be paid before the VIP membership is closed.

• Where appropriate, any balance owed back to you will also be calculated.

• The annual setup and administration fee is non-refundable.

• Love to Paws reserves the right to cancel a VIP membership where necessary, including where payments are repeatedly missed, the terms of the membership are not followed or continuing the arrangement is no longer appropriate.

11. Pet Welfare & Suitability

• All services remain subject to your pet’s welfare, tolerance and safe handling.

• Love to Paws will never continue with a treatment or grooming service where doing so would compromise your pet’s welfare or safety.

• Your pet’s grooming needs may change during the year because of age, health, coat condition, behaviour or other individual circumstances.

• Where this happens, I will discuss any appropriate changes to your grooming plan with you.

12. General

• The VIP Paws Package is offered at the discretion of Love to Paws and is designed for pet owners who value regular grooming, consistency and long-term care.

• VIP availability is limited so that appointments can be managed sustainably and every pet continues to receive the individual time and care they need.

• Membership benefits apply only to the pet or pets included within the agreed VIP plan and cannot be transferred to another household or pet.

• All other grooming appointments and services remain subject to the standard Love to Paws Terms & Conditions.

• By applying for the VIP Paws Package and accepting your personalised annual plan, you confirm that you have read and agree to these VIP Terms & Conditions.
